A brand new campground at big lake has yet to be named and
has just broke ground (fall 2004). 127 campsites will occupy
the new campground of which 45 will have full hookups. Also,
25 campsites will be ADA compliant for those with disabilities.
A brand new shower facility will be built on site as well
as a dump station. Spread throughout the campground will
be 10 two table ramadas for small groups to gather. One
new amenity at Big Lake is 2 group campsites, one will be
for groups up to 100 people. The other group site will be
for groups up to 50 people. More information on this campground
will be posted as time passes.
