Tell a friend

Talking about out of the way. You most likely will be the only person for miles when you camp at this campground. Honeymoon Campground sits 50 miles northwest of Clifton. Honeymoon is a small 4 unit campground for those who love solitude and nature.

Eagle Creek, one of many trubitaries that begin their journey from Mount Baldy, flows next to the campground but is not fishable.

Directions

From Clifton, take U.S. Highway 191 north 24 miles to Forest Road 217 then west 22 miles to the campground. The road turns into a trail at Four Drag Ranch just 1/4 mile past the campground.
