Mitten View Campground Re-opens an Monument Valley

Monument Valley has reopened the campground with improved facilities at Mitten View. New to the campground are 30 RV sites with no hookups, 30 tent sites and 29 cabins for those who want a little more in terms of camping luxury. The campground opened approximately 2 weeks ago. The spot where the old Mitten View campground was is now a hotel called "The View Hotel". The new campground is about 1/4 mile from the hotel and in a first come first served campground with plans to begin taking reservations in the future. The Rates are currently $19.99 per night for the tent sites, $39.99 per night for the RV sites and $179 per night for a cabin durign the grand opening but is likely to go up to $300 per night in the near future. I'm waiting for more information and will add it here when I get it.
