Ten X is primarily used as an overflow campground for the more heavily used campgrounds along the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Of the 70 campsites, 18 are regular family sites and 52 are pull through allowing for trailers up to 22' in length. Larger families may be accommodated at the discretion of the campground host.

Firewood can be obtained at the camp host or by hunting for dead or downed wood in the surrounding areas.

Adjacent to the Ten X campground is the Charlie Tank Group Campground. Reservations for the Charlie Tank site can be made by calling 928-638-2443. Water is available at Ten X.

All groups must check in with the camp host.
